One thing I've learnt #2015

Hey guys! I haven't been updating my blog for so long, I think you'd feel like I abandoned my blog already. For your information, I DID NOT abandon my blog. Besides that, I would love to share some of my thoughts on my adventure in India during Christmas of 2015 until new year's of 2016. I was in India for two weeks guyssss! Technically, it's Nepal for two days and other days I'm just moving around in India. YAS, I survived but I came back home sick and had to stay home for 3 days or so to rest. Rough start right? Oh wells, look at the bright side, I got to rest and sleep like a pig haha. I hope I can share my adventure as soon as possible but first I gotta get well and recover.

So, two thousand fifteen went by so fast, that I hardly even have the time to look back at this very year and learn the lessons. So many lessons were taught and so many experiences I've gained throughout the year. I'm sure many of you have recap on how your two thousand fifteen looks like and made a new year resolutions for 2k16! I'm not really in for new year resolutions because I feel like I've been writing the same resolutions or goals over the past 5 years since I'm a middle school kid. They don't work out as what I expected.

The lesson learnt in two thousand fifteen, now that I think back was, don't keep the crap that you don't need. Honestly, I just have this really bad habit of keeping everything, like collecting them. No matter it's a receipt of clothes that I bought from topshop or H&M, a movie ticket that I went to watch with someone even tickets for a specific event or avenue, I would always keep them all. Piling them up in my drawer until today that I know I must get rid of them.

I'm constantly torn between keeping them as a memory in my dairy and keeping crap that I will get rid of in the end. I'm not sure do you do this too? Feeling that a specific event or a specific place is meaningful to you and so you kept every single thing that has to do with that event or place. I think that it's way too much. I'm way to over, I kept too much and made the aim of keeping things from meaningful to unmeaningful anymore because I just kept everything.

I think that it's important to give away the things you know you don't need and don't buy the things you don't need either, because you'll end up with a lot of crap that you don't need and you'll find places to hide those crap in your room and at some point you'll feel like your room is so conjested, filled with all the crap that you don't need any where or any time in your life.

I've learnt that "Giving is receiving". If you let go of something that you're holding onto, then only you'll have the chance to grab onto something new, something better.

I'm so annoyed that my room is now filled with a lot of crap and seriously I just moved in here a year and a half ago. It's like I've been living here for ages. There's like so much crap I've kept, I'm not sure if I have the time to get rid of them all. Fingers crossed. Also, I'd like to give my room a little makeover to  make it feel more warm and comfy, clean and organised.

Not sure when will all this cleaning up be done but #challengeaccepted it's the first goal of my 2k16! Live a cleaner life haha! Stay happy everyone! I'll blog soon!

Sending love to you from,
Giselle.
